Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from circle ME. We will gladly help you if you received defective merchandise or are in need of a refund or exchange.
You may return your unwashed/unused items to us in their original packaging for a store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days. You may also exchange your unwashed/unused merchandise for a different size or color. Please note All Sales Final on Clearance merchandise.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we apologize and will work hard to help; however, we cannot accept items for exchange or store credit after 30 days. A receipt is required for all returns and/or exchanges.
Please do not hesitate to return defective products back to circle ME. We will either exchange the product or return it to its manufacturer for replacement when applicable. Please note some manufacturers require customers to return products to them directly. Please call if you have questions.
* Due to health considerations we cannot accept returns of menstrual products, breast pads or other personal hygiene related products.
Privacy Policy
We strongly value your privacy. We collect your name, address, order information, payment information, email address and phone number only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and answering any questions you may have. We will not sell or share your information with anyone or any organization. Be aware that there are links from our website to other sites on the Internet. circle ME is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
If you subscribed to our e-newsletter list we will on occasion send you email detailing special events, promotions, etc… If at any time you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact us.
Please be assured that, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, circle ME does not sell or distribute our customer list to third parties. However, you should be aware that dishonest marketers can collect your email address directly from your computer, from another person's address book or through programs that automatically search web pages and email traffic for email addresses.
